Saint John Henry Newman

Drawing inspiration from Cardinal Newman’s original coat of arms alongside elements of the school’s existing identity, this project focused on creating a crest that felt contemporary while remaining firmly rooted in tradition. By carefully refining the shield structure, phoenix form, typography, and overall proportions, I created a more balanced and unified emblem. The final identity respects the heritage and symbolism at the heart of the school while establishing a confident, enduring visual mark.
