The goal with each design is always the same: make something memorable, distinctive, and unmistakably my style.
These pieces have been a fun way for me to explore exciting compositions - letting characters and creatures break out over the title boxes and treating every card as its own creative challenge.
100% Human
Artistic ingenuity beats artificial intelligence.
For me, creating art is a deeply human process. I embrace the hard work, experimentation, and even the mistakes that go into producing something beautiful, unique, and engaging.
Every piece I create reflects a hands-on approach: careful craft, creative problem-solving, and a focus on originality. I aim to produce work that is distinctive, memorable, and enjoyable. Art that stands out.
How I Work.
Every project gets the same approach: careful thinking, hands-on creative, and a focus on making something memorable and unique no matter the challenge.
1. Sketching
I explore a range of ideas quickly, refining them until a strong composition emerges. This stage lets me experiment freely while building a solid foundation for the final piece.
2. Vector Artwork
Next, I move into Illustrator. I love translating sketches into precise shapes and clean lines. This step gives the artwork clarity and structure while keeping the design flexible for refinement.
3. Digital Paint
Finally, I bring the piece to life by painting in rough textures. By juxtaposing these gritty, painterly textures over clean vector lines, I create depth, atmosphere, and energy which makes the artwork suddenly feel complete!
