NATO Defense College

The North Star is a bespoke newspaper created for a conference at the NATO Defense College, built around the concept of articles written from an imagined future. My role centred on shaping the brutalist/cyberpunk visual style of the publication and developing a series of custom illustrations for the zodiac section. These illustrations reinterpreted traditional zodiac symbols through a futuristic lens, creating a set of visuals that felt cohesive within the publication while adding a distinct, characterful layer to the overall design.
