Chilwell Croft Academy

Created for a great hall project, these house logos reinterpret traditional heraldry with a modern approach. Each of the four houses is represented by a winged creature: a dragon, eagle, griffin, and phoenix. I used the natural symmetry of their wings to form the foundation of each design, overlapping the shields edges. This gave them a shared structure while showing off each beasts unique form.
